*Each tote can be embossed with up to 10 characters. All monograms will be in capital letters. Based on the length of your request, embossing size may vary.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your tote.
Returns or exchanges are offered within the contiguous United States on all tote purchases, unless otherwise noted. This offer is valid for one return or exchange per order. If a second return or exchange is needed, the cost of shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
