Return requests must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your tote.
Returns or exchanges are offered within the contiguous United States on all tote purchases, unless otherwise noted. This offer is valid for one return or exchange per order.
We do not accept returns for items shipped outside of the United States. For questions about your international order, please contact us.
No. Surprise sale, sample sale, embossed products and select promotions are considered final sale merchandise and cannot be returned.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
